Join us inside the El Monte Sagrado Gallery (upstairs above the restaurant) for this 1 hour, all levels welcomed, yoga class.

With a team of rotating experienced instructors, this class is on offer 7 days a week! See the schedule title for the name of today's instructor.

Bring a mat, and any props you have. We do have some mats and props on offer to borrow yet they are in limited supply. Reception staff can help you find the gallery.

Payment will be made at the El Monte Sagrado reception desk. $10 drop-in or a monthly pass El Monte Sagrado yoga pass for $75. 

Registration encouraged, that way if we change locations or need to cancel for any reason, we know who to contact with an update.
