DESCRIPTION: Join us outside on the lawn at El Monte Sagrado for this 1 hour, all levels welcomed, yoga class. There is a large tent set up for days of inclement weather, so don't let a grey day scare you away.

With a team of rotating experienced instructors, this class is on offer 6 days a week! See the schedule title for the name of today's instructor.

Bring a mat, and any props you have. Reception can help you find the lawn, ask an employee to guide you over on your first visit. And come prepared for the weather of the day (sun-layers, water, a hat, a sweatshirt, etc.)

Payment is by donation and a recommended $5-25 sliding scale. Registration encouraged. Book your spot here! No payment necessary upon booking.
