DESCRIPTION: Saturday Mornings Hike & Stretch at Sunrise - All Summer!

Taos Yoga Co-op is teaming up with Heritage Inspirations. 
Join Kari at the Rio Grande Gorge parking area @ 6:30 a.m. Be prepared to hike about 0.5 mile one way before class, then hike back after class. 

Bring water, sun layers, sunglasses, hat, and your mat.
Let us know if you need a mat! And wear comfortable shoes for the hike which is on uneven terrain.
