DESCRIPTION: Every Monday & Wednesday at 11:30am.
This class has been created for anyone who wants to work towards improved health while seated.  A key advantage to Chair Class is the adaptability to work with those with physical limitations and those at different fitness levels. We will work with individual abilities and preferences helping you achieve or maintain optimal fitness regardless of any mobility issues or physical restrictions.  We will target multiple muscle groups to help improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. This class will spend time on gentle stretching and relaxation and will provide a sense of community and support.  Please join us.
