DESCRIPTION: Move through a gentle, yet strengthening and invigorating yoga practice with the intention to deepen connection to community and family by paying respects to our ancestors and the first people of the land we inhabit. Options for all levels will be offered. All proceeds will go directly to the local food bank Taos Feeds Taos.  

Can't make the LIVE on-line session? Class recording will be available for 7 days to all who register.

Use an existing punch pass, or pay for a drop-in at various levels. All donations will be sent to Taos Feeds Taos.
