Start your Sunday off right with 60 minutes of body awakening movement designed to increase mobility, develop awareness, improve strength, and expand the breath.  For any level of yogi - from beginner to seasoned - Sunday morning early-bird sessions are a great way to get into your body and out of your head.

Stay for an additional 30 minutes of mindful intention based seated practice: meditation, journaling, breathwork, and more. Each week incorporates a variation of mindfulness practices - and the prop list will prompt you as to what you might need. 

Prop list for each Sunday is sent 30 minutes before class begins to those who pre-register OR available at sign-up for those who decide to join us and book the class within 30 minutes of class start time.
