DESCRIPTION: For Gentle Yoga our focus is rest and restoration. It's about resting in community. You'll be guided through some restful seated/chair-based movement, meditative practice and some time for optional shares with the group about how the restorative practice felt. To attend this class, you do not need experience of yoga, creative practice or meditation.
Please choose a price that is affordable for you. Suggested Sliding Scale Options: Free, £2, £4, £6, £8 or any other amount. 50% of the proceeds from these classes will go to York Anti Racist Collective, a group supporting Black and Global Majority people in York to connect and heal in community.
