DESCRIPTION: A slow-flow mat-based practice. A class mindfully crafted to nourish and restore your energy over this winter, by interweaving asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and yoga philosophy. Come as you are – bring plenty of props (yoga mat, blocks/thick books, bolster/pillows, eye covering, blanket or folded towel, strap or thin scarf).
 
I offer a safe and inclusive space to practice Yoga for EveryBODY with adaptations to make the practice accessible for different levels of ability.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY  Because your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, students are required to give Charmaine a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment, at which time the appointment can be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full session rate.
