DESCRIPTION: Join us for our mini online retreat! Sangha is the Sanskrit word for community. This retreat is dedicated time to delve deep into an aspect of yoga and be in community with each other.

For this retreat we will be learning the mantra:

lokah samastah sukino bhavantu

What to expect:
- learn science & spiritual significance behind chanting
- learn how to pronounce the words
- chanting the mantra
- asana (movement) with chair and mat options
- journalling time
- time to share our experiences
