DESCRIPTION: This is a family friendly session and we are focusing on the theme of UNITY. 

We will be exploring unity through movement and creative writing.

Sarah will be leading some creative writing and drawing practices on the sofas with tea and Amy will lead a yoga asana (movement) session to explore unity of the mind, body and spirit. Both activities are child and young person friendly as well as for adults. Amy centres disability justice and therefore offers multiple options for people to engage with the practice. 

This event is a fundraiser for Nahed, a Palestinian local resident looking to raise money for her family to flee Gaza.
