A 60 min class to help you rest, slow down and let go. Offering a combination of restorative poses, pranayama (breathwork), followed by a short yoga Nidra practice and visualisation. You will need props like pillow, bolsters, cushions, blocks and blankets to support yourself and offer comfort to you body.
