DESCRIPTION: Self Defense Strategies & Tactics is a community for learning self-awareness and self-protection. By learning self-defense you become the first line of defense to protect yourself and your family if and when a dangerous situation occurs.

You can participate as a 4 Week Series- allowing each class to build upon the next. While we know that repetition is the key to mastering any skill, we do offer the option to DROP IN for an individual class for a *Drop In* rate.  

We are living in a world that is changing every day. Dangerous circumstances can occur at any time and being prepared allows you to take back your power.
This community is a safe place to learn and grow.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR/MENTOR
Dave Flynn started his journey in boxing and self-defense at the age of 15 and continues to study martial arts to this day. His passion is to teach others this important skillset. 
"I believe that self-defense is empowering and builds self-confidence. I think that everyone should have a baseline understanding of how to protect themselves and how to recognize and assess situations.Self-defense comes down to strategy and I teach how to combine strategies and tactics together."
