Description
Wind down the week with gentle joints movements and spinal movements,
a restful practice inspired from Restorative and Yin Yoga to invite you to lengthen the tissues, rest and connect body and mind
Bring warm socks and a hoodie or a blanket for Savasana (relaxation part to end the class)
If you can bring your own mat but we have spares if you don't have one
