DESCRIPTION: Op 23 september staat de volgende Yoga Special gepland met als thema de eerste vier paden van 'Het edele achtvoudige pad' uit de Boeddhistische leer. Hierin wordt uiteengezet hoe je de paden kunt bewandelen en boeddha kunt worden. Een boeddha is geen god, geen heilige of bovennatuurlijk wezen. Ieder mens heeft de natuur van een boeddha. 

The next Yoga Special is scheduled for September 23, with the theme of the first four paths of 'The Noble Eightfold Path' from the Buddhist teachings. It explains how to walk the paths and become Buddha. A Buddha is not a God, a saint or a supernatural bein. Every person has the nature of a Buddha.
