DESCRIPTION: 75-minute class :) Christmas music begins!
Due to happenings at the Coffee Shop at 6pm... 
We will begin class  at 4:15pm and end at 5:30pm. We will practice a moderate flow in the glow of (battery) candle light. Begin the holiday season with well warmed and challenged muscles, within a calm and peaceful practice... which will help us find our own breath in it all!! Namaste!
