Let's harness the energy of the first Wolf Moon with Intention of 
tuning and creating a better life with Purpose. 

Join Christie Cairo, E-Ryt 500, from your own home in this grounding and playful guided journey with soft movement creating a "protective circle", contemplations, setting intentions and journaling your experience.

Not a typical "yoga practice".  
Anyone can practice.
Light movement, breathwork to be calm and alert, guided contemplations

Suggested props:
Comfortable clothes
Candle (white if possible)
Lighter
Journal Book or paper /Pen /Paper
Yoga mat 
Blanket/Cushion or chair to sit on

#Yoga Alliance Credit (one contact hour)

Email with further detail of preparation will be sent after enrollment.
Zoom Link is sent 30 minutes prior to class start. I will be logging in around 6:45 pm (EST).  See you soon. 
If registering for class between 6:45 pm and 7:00 pm, a code will not be sent, so upon registering just sign up and go back to schedule. There will be an option for you to click link and get in without password.
