However, sometimes we focus too much on what we can&#039;t do vs. what we can do.
Hope is not just something we have.
Hope is what we create through action.
As author Elizabeth Gilbert says, &quot;Inch by inch, life is a cinch.&quot;
It just takes one small step.

Join Christie Cairo for a fun and creative Livestream Yin &amp; Yang Yoga practice while using Yoga Blocks the entire practice.
We will use yoga blocks (1 to 2) to enhance awareness and refine our alignment in various yin and yang postures.
Our yin/stretch portion begins our practice as we hold stretches for an average of 3 to 5 minutes to help support, lengthen and relax our tight muscles.
The yang portion promotes focus on sharpening our strength, balance and playfulness through movement.

Students will stay online after the 75 minute Block Flow ( 7pm - 9 pm) for an interactive discussion on the goals of various poses and how we can use blocks to make the practice more safe, versatile, fun and effective for everybody.
