Join Christie Cairo, E-RYT 500, for these slower paced classes designed to open the body and mind while interlacing yoga philosophy/inspiration, long stretches for the first 15 minutes, a mix of standing postures for around 30 minutes, while ending with core/heart openers/and inversion (Legs up the wall supported is an inversion, shoulder stand, candlestick pose etc.) and short rest.

Most classes will be covering subjects such as Yoga Philosophy.
If you book a class within an hour of class start time, Momoyoga will email a zoom link automatically within 30 minutes before class begins. You will be able to join class approximately between 6:45 pm and 7 pm.
If you signed up correctly by confirming your registration of class, you will always receive a confirmation of receipt via email.

*****************If you sign up within 30 minutes of class start time or never receive email with password within 15 minutes of class start, return to the schedule of class you booked at Momoyoga. There will be an option to "go to online class" in blue under description of the class you booked. Select this option and it should get you right into the zoom class easily without password. This applies to anyone who books class within 30 minutes or error in emails sent with zoom information.
