Join Kane for a weekly for a Jivamukti Yoga Open class,
Open meaning; all levels of experience welcome to explore and deepen your practice in a warm, supportive environment.

Kane will guide you through a traditional Jivamukti yoga practice, blending timeless teachings with chanting, breath work, and flowing sequences to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.

For your ease, our intention is for you to know you have a space to come and practice if you need it. 
No matter how many students attend, Kane will be at the studio, ready to practice and share this soul enriching experience with you.

Simply reserve your space and pay cash on the day.
Please bring a mat if you have one and arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.
