DESCRIPTION: Happy Cat Yoga's Soul Medicine Workshops are a gentle and transformative sanctuary of self-care and exploration, exclusive to the Community of Llanrumney.  If you have previously attended Marsine's Yin Yoga classes and would like a deeper, immersive experience then Soul Medicine is for you. 

Melt into a deep sense of relaxation and emotional release as you are guided through a soul-stirring meditation, followed by a longer Yin Yoga practice and a soothing Savasana massage.

Combining astrological insights and a safe, nurturing space for personal reflection, journalling and workbook activities, you will be supported to connect to your inner wisdom and soul purpose. 

Food and refreshments such as herbal teas and a delicious lunch will be provided, with an opportunity to relax and connect with fellow participants.

Share experiences and insights in a supportive circle sharing segment towards the end of the day, fostering a sense of community, sisterhood and connection with like-minded women.
