DESCRIPTION: All classes are beginner friendly! 

Mondays Yin &amp;amp; Yang classes are combines Yin Yoga (passive) with a sprinkling of Yang (active).  

We will start off slowly and gently, holding Yin poses for 3-5 minutes to get a deeper stretch.

Towards the end of the class we will move into the Yang, generating some heat with core and strength posses. 
 
At the end of the class we will get cosy in our Savasana’s and enjoy a soothing head massage to help you melt into deep relaxation. 

Benefits of Yin Yoga include increased flexibility, mobility, anti-aging, alleviates stress and anxiety and improves quality of sleep.
