This is a slow and gentle practice, holding the postures for 3-5 minutes to get a deeper stretch. Benefits of Yin Yoga include increased flexibility, mobility, anti-aging, alleviates stress and anxiety and improves quality of sleep.

Props you will need:

A pillow
A blanket
A bolster (if possible)
A block (if possible)
