The House of Yoga
This class provides a strong foundation to practitioners of all levels. Postures and alignment are explained in great detail with the use of props, making this an excellent class both for newer practitioners as well as for more seasoned practitioners, who want to refine their practice. It will be followed by a pranayama (breathwork) session to make you feel calmer and lighter.
