This class is a physically challenging vinyasa practice. The pace and rhythm of the class are fast, linking asanas (postures) and transitions through consistent breathing. Expect to move, sweat and have fun! Practitioners should already be comfortable with the foundational postures of yoga. Not suitable for beginners.
