The House of Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in a hatha or vinyasa class. This class consists of a series of long-held floor poses that mainly work the parts of the lower body rich in connective tissue. This practice aims to increase circulation and flexibility as well as reducing stress and anxiety.
