The House of Yoga
In this class we combine asanas (postures) with a short meditation practice. We will move and breathe through a soft vinyasa flow that aims to bring awareness and ease to our body and mind, and end the class with a brief guided meditation. This class is suitable for all levels, and for whoever is looking to incorporate some meditation in their yoga practice, to end the day with more balance.
