Guided class using pilates sequences to develop your powerhouse. Weekly focuses build strength and mobility through the body. At Intermediate levels we build in additional exercises moving deeper into the pilates principles to support our practice.

Building blocks and adaptations are always available to support and encourage progress. We provide a safe space where everybody is included.
