DESCRIPTION: Join Emily with your little one(s) for a yoga practice for the whole family.  The focus of family yoga is breath and movement that is fun and engaging for children and adults alike.  Nature education themes are incorporated into each class along with games, songs, and intentional breath practices.   Kick start your weekend with mindful movement for everyone!   All ages are welcome, but class content will be most appropriate for children ages 2-10years old. 
Cost:  $40 for 4 weeks or $12/ single class
