DESCRIPTION: Join Emily for a fun and slightly spooky Halloween themed family yoga class.  Costumes are encouraged.  The focus of family yoga classes is fun, connection, breath, and mindful movement for the whole family. Classes incorporate yoga teachings, nature, and relevant theme education woven through the practice. Family yoga classes are 45 minutes and are most appropriate for children ages 2-12 years old with their adults, but all ages are welcome.
Classes will take place outdoors (weather permitting) in September & October. Class size is limited to 10 families.
