DESCRIPTION: Join Emily & Kat of Bebop & Bundles for a special family yoga & music workshop to put you in the holiday spirit. This workshop pairs music, movement, & breath awareness in a fun and engaging atmosphere aimed to create time and space for you to move, breathe and connect with your family. Yoga, singing, games, musical instruments, fine motor and gross motor movement activities are all a part of this experience.

Class size is limited to seven families (depending on number of children). Please make sure you include the names and age(s) of each child attending in addition to how many adults will be attending.

We are offering two classes to accommodate more families - 11am & 12pm.

$17 for a caregiver / child pair (2 individuals) 
$25 for a family pass (up to 5 individuals)
