DESCRIPTION: Wear your favorite holiday PJs (or whatever you feel most comfortable in) and join Emily for a fun family class paired with the music of Nutcracker.  Families will transform into their most beloved characters in the Nutcracker while we incorporate poses, music, and movement found in the ballet.  In this class we will explore breath awareness, mindful movement, poses, songs, and games aimed to support both you and your child's need for movement and connection.
