DESCRIPTION: Join Emily Sustar of The Motherhood Collective and Bethany Tracy of Amaris Healing for a special event celebrating mothers of all ages & phases. Our gift to you this Mother's Day is a collective space for honoring self love, community and connection.  Let’s celebrate YOU with a yoga flow and a healing guided meditation supporting and empowering every mama; from planning of conception, pregnancy, postpartum, mothers of loss, adoptive mothers, to grandmothers and everything in between. 

90 minutes of yoga + healing meditation will be followed with coffee, tea, treats, and snacks from local vendors. Gifts from local mama-owned businesses will be given away as well!
