Calling all postpartum mamas….
Whether you are 6 weeks or even 5+ years postpartum, this 4-week small group series will focus on education and movement to empower you to be a STRONG mama. Each week will focus on a different educational topic (i.e. nutrition, pelvic floor).  We will start with foundational movements and progress each week to meet you where you are at.

Chelsea Barnes is a mama of 3 littles, and PTA at O’Brien Physical Therapy.  She has been in the health and fitness world for over 10 years as a personal trainer, wellness coach, group fitness instructor, and strength and conditioning coach for high school athletes.  Her passion is women’s health and pelvic health and is excited to teach this class to all the mamas in the Motherhood Collective.
4 Weeks:
Tuesdays 1:30 - 2:30 pm
June 18 - July 9
$25 drop in (single class) 
or $80 for 4 weeks
