DESCRIPTION: Join Emily Sustar for a fun and lively yoga class for the whole family! We will be incorporating poses, music and games that mimic the growth and energy of nature in summertime.
The focus of family yoga classes is fun, connection, breath, and mindful movement for the whole family. Classes incorporate music, games, and playfulness woven through the practice. Family yoga is most appropriate for children ages 2-12 years old with their adults, but all ages are welcome.

Class meets outdoors at Bluffview Park. In the event of inclement weather class will be canceled and refunds applied.
