The Motherhood Collective and Grounded Roots OT around excited to bring you this fun and grounding family experience this summer at the ORA Trail Farm.

Join Emily Sustar from The Motherhood Collective for a fun and lively yoga class for the whole family! 
The focus of family yoga classes is fun, connection, breath, and mindful movement for the whole family. Classes incorporate music, games, and playfulness woven through the practice. Family yoga is most appropriate for children ages 2-12 years old with their adults, but all ages are welcome.

Following yoga Jenna Klos of Grounded Roots OT will lead a guided sensory hike where you'll engage your senses, notice nature in new ways, and enjoy mindful moments along the path.
