Prenatal Yoga is the perfect practice for mamas at every stage of pregnancy, from the first trimester to 40 weeks (and beyond!). Each class includes 50-60 minutes of prenatal yoga + discussion and information to support your pregnancy and birth journey. The practice places an emphasis on breath as a tool for pregnancy, birth and postpartum, and is both invigorating and gentle. Poses incorporated are intentionally chosen to create a strong, relaxed, and supportive body in pregnancy and to prepare the body and mind for birth.

Mama Flow is an intentional flow based class specifically with the needs of pregnant, postpartum, and bodies that care for children in mind! This class is a hybrid between prenatal and postpartum yoga classes and is intended for anyone anyone who identifies as a mama or caregiver. This includes those who are trying to conceive, are currently pregnant, are recently postpartum, or those whose babies are grown!
Breath is the foundation of this practice partnered with mindful movement to stretch, strengthen and support your body and mind. Join a mama flow class for connection to yourself and your community of support.

Join Bethany Tracy of Amaris Healing for this special event at The Motherhood Collective. Reiki for motherhood and pregnancy is a safe time and space to support to the emotional and mental stress that can arise during pregnancy and raising a child. Reiki healing works with the energetic body to invite rest and relaxation back into the physical body, and mind. Each participant will receive reiki as a collective. We will also discuss how supporting the energetic body can benefit the journey of pregnancy and motherhood. And leave feeling a deeper connection to oneself and children. Other benefits may include: reaching a deeper state of sleep, receiving clarity, reducing stress, a sense of release, feeling grounded, a boost of inspiration and creativity, and/or a surge of confidence. Everyone's healing will always be unique to what is needed in the moment for them.

*Things one may want to bring: yoga mat, pillows, blanket, journal, and water.

Baby + Me yoga classes are sessions of healing and supportive yoga aimed to provide time for bonding with baby, intentional movement and breath to heal the body postpartum, and a chance to connect with other caregivers and babies. Movements and poses in this offering are intentionally chosen to support healing and building strength for postpartum mamas in key areas that undergo a lot during pregnancy and birth (hello - deep core, pelvic floor, glutes, hips, and upper back / neck!). Baby + Me yoga celebrates the differences in your body and the incredible work it has done continues to do.
This class is most appropriate for babies who are 0- 12 months (or are not fully mobile yet).

This class includes connection, & community through sharing information and discussion + a 50-60 minute baby and me yoga class.

Movements and poses in this offering are intentionally chosen to support healing and building strength for postpartum mamas in key areas that undergo a lot during pregnancy and birth (hello - deep core, pelvic floor, glutes, hips, and upper back / neck!). Baby + Me yoga celebrates the differences in your body and the incredible work it has done continues to do.
This class is most appropriate for babies who are 0- 12 months (or are not fully mobile yet).

Drop your child ages 1-8 years old at the play spot while you attend yoga classes or the Motherhood United Support Group alone or with your baby. This child watch program is on-site & facilitated by our fabulous interns, offering games, art activities, and play, while you move & breathe. This service is free for those attending yoga classes and $10 for those attending the Motherhood United Support Group. Please include your child's name and age when you register.

Join us for a fun and festive social gathering as we close out the last Motherhood United Support Group of the year. We will have coffee + treats.

Motherhood United Support Group is a safe haven to nurture new moms as they enter the magical, mysterious and often challenging time of motherhood. Together we will consciously celebrate the transitions new moms face while learning and sharing within a community. This group is a space for parents identifying as mothers to share your experiences, concerns, ask questions, and form community with other moms. Sharing this space with other parents promotes your well-being and supports your relationship with your baby during this sweet and at times stressful time of bonding and development. Bring your questions, your stories, and your baby (newborns up to crawling babies).

This group is facilitated by Emily Sustar along with guest co- facilitators who specialize in perinatal mental health and support.
