Each class includes 50-60 minutes of prenatal yoga + discussion and information to support your pregnancy and birth journey. The practice places an emphasis on breath as a tool for pregnancy, birth and postpartum, and is both invigorating and gentle. Poses incorporated are intentionally chosen to create a strong, relaxed, and supportive body in pregnancy and to prepare the body and mind for birth.

Join certified pre/postnatal personal trainer, Emily Sturomski of Dynamic Performance and Therapy for a special workshop focused on reconnecting to the core muscles and incorporating strength building movements into your daily / weekly movement. In this 90 minute workshop we will work on reconnecting mind, body and breath. After that we will work on moving through foundational strength moves and incorporate breath work during movement. This workshop is appropriate for for both pregnant or postpartum folks whether you are 3 months or 30 years postpartum.

About Emily Sturomski:
Emily attended UW - La Crosse for Exercise and Sports Science Fitness. She has been a fitness professional for ten years at various places before joining Dynamic as a personal trainer. She recognizes the importance of movement at every stage of life and wants to help bridge the gap between where clients are at and where they would like to be. Emily has completed a Prenatal and Postpartum certification to help individuals who are pregnant, have recently had children, or are years postpartum safely and effectively maintain or get back to activity. She enjoys rediscovering fitness and movement in a new way since having children and can't wait to help other women discover what that looks like for them!

Baby + Me yoga classes are sessions of healing and supportive yoga aimed to provide time for bonding with baby, intentional movement and breath to heal the body postpartum, and a chance to connect with other caregivers and babies. Movements and poses in this offering are intentionally chosen to support healing and building strength for postpartum mamas in key areas that undergo a lot during pregnancy and birth (hello - deep core, pelvic floor, glutes, hips, and upper back / neck!). Baby + Me yoga celebrates the differences in your body and the incredible work it has done continues to do.
This class is most appropriate for babies who are 0- 12 months (or are not fully mobile yet).

This class includes connection, & community through sharing information and discussion + a 50-60 minute baby and me yoga class.

Drop your child ages 1-8 years old at the play spot while you attend yoga classes or the Motherhood United Support Group alone or with your baby. This child watch program is on-site & facilitated by our fabulous interns, offering games, art activities, and play, while you move & breathe. This service is free for those attending yoga classes and $10 for those attending the Motherhood United Support Group. Please include your child's name and age when you register.

Spring Equinox Class!

Join Emily Sustar for a fun and lively yoga class for the whole family to welcome in spring! We will be incorporating poses, music and games that mimic the growth found outside in springtime.
The focus of family yoga classes is fun, connection, breath, and mindful movement for the whole family. Classes incorporate music, games, and playfulness woven through the practice. Family yoga is most appropriate for children ages 2-12 years old with their adults, but all ages are welcome.


Family of 4 or less people: $20
Family of 5 or more people: $25
