Prenatal Yoga is the perfect practice for mamas at every stage of pregnancy, from the first trimester to 40 weeks (and beyond!). Each class includes 50-60 minutes of prenatal yoga + discussion and information to support your pregnancy and birth journey. The practice places an emphasis on breath as a tool for pregnancy, birth and postpartum, and is both invigorating and gentle. Poses incorporated are intentionally chosen to create a strong, relaxed, and supportive body in pregnancy and to prepare the body and mind for birth.

Join Bethany of Amaris Healing for a once a month offering at The Motherhood Collective. Bethany is an intuitive reiki practitioner and teacher who focuses on growing the individual's awareness. Every stage of motherhood from raising teens to adults, to capturing the moments with children and toddlers, and growing/conceiving babies come with their own challenges, relearnings, and great rewards. We invite you to join this evening of relaxation and be guided with different tools and insights to better connect to the emotional and energetic body. Each class will begin with space to connect, bond, and learn from one another. Bethany then leads the class into a guided meditation infused with Reiki where each participant receives Reiki as a collective. Not only do we discuss how healing modalities such as meditation and reiki can benefit mother and child, each mother will get to experience the shifts it brings within their lives. The main focus is to bring a stronger connection to oneself and child(ren).


Other benefits from this event might include: reaching a deeper state of sleep, receiving clarity, reducing stress, healing trauma, a sense of release, feeling grounded, feeling anchored to the shifts going on in life, a boost of inspiration and creativity, better connection to our significant other and child(ren), and/or a surge of confidence in who we are. Everyone’s healing will always be unique to them and what is needed in this moment.

Baby + Me yoga classes are sessions of healing and supportive yoga aimed to provide time for bonding with baby, intentional movement and breath to heal the body postpartum, and a chance to connect with other caregivers and babies. Movements and poses in this offering are intentionally chosen to support healing and building strength for postpartum mamas in key areas that undergo a lot during pregnancy and birth (hello - deep core, pelvic floor, glutes, hips, and upper back / neck!). Baby + Me yoga celebrates the differences in your body and the incredible work it has done continues to do.
This class is most appropriate for babies who are 0- 12 months (or are not fully mobile yet).

This class includes connection, & community through sharing information and discussion + a 50-60 minute baby and me yoga class.

Motherhood United Support Group is a safe haven to nurture new moms as they enter the magical, mysterious and often challenging time of motherhood. Together we will consciously celebrate the transitions new moms face while learning and sharing within a community. This group is a space for parents identifying as mothers to share your experiences, concerns, ask questions, and form community with other moms. Sharing this space with other parents promotes your well-being and supports your relationship with your baby during this sweet and at times stressful time of bonding and development. Bring your questions, your stories, and your baby (newborns up to crawling babies).

This group is facilitated by Emily Sustar along with guest co- facilitators who specialize in perinatal mental health and support.
