Please join me for this 2hr Pre and Postnatal Yoga workshop.
2-4pm (Bali time)
This is an introductory workshop for Teachers, Practitioners and Mum’s to deepen their understanding of the benefits of yoga during pregnancy.
In this workshop you will learn:
How to assist someone who wishes to practice in an open yoga class.
How to use props effectively
Suitable modifications to common asana’s so they are more accessible to prenatal students
How to teach postnatal students with an awareness of anatomical changes in a woman body after birth
This is an opportunity to share, gain insight into the world of Pre and Postnatal Yoga and beyond.
A small PDF manual will be sent to each of you after the workshop for reference.
** PLEASE NOTE, BOOK ONTO YOUR CLASS MORE THAN 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START TIME TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH LINK.
