*Bring a yoga mat and blanket.
*Bookings must be made in advance with limited numbers
*We will meet at an agreed point, which will be posted beforehand.
*Please be prompt as unfortunately, we will not be able to wait if you are late.
*Please bring appropriate clothing! 
*We will be on a dog-free beach, so please do not bring dogs!
*Optional DIY brunch: do also bring a flask of tea/coffee and some brunch to enjoy on the beach afterward.
