DESCRIPTION: In TCM the kidneys and urinary bladder pair are the foundation of yin and yang and their balance allows the other organs to function well. They are fundamental for human reproduction, growth and development. The kidneys also house our essence (Jing), the foundation of our bodies and our bodily functions, thus ruling our overall vitality and strength and determining our longevity.

This class will focus on the kidneys and urinary bladder organs and their meridian pathways using yin yoga, TCM principles, yoga nidra and an alchemy crystal bowl sound bath to remove stagnation and encourage the free flow of qi to reset and rebalance.

Expect a relaxing and deeply nourishing experience, a wealth of information and powerful take away tools to promote ongoing optimal health and balance for both the body and mind.
