DESCRIPTION: This is based on Vinyasa Flow with elements of Pilates and inspiration from Bikram Hot Yoga too.
The room is heated and not suitable for pregnancy or people with High Blood Pressure.
Also , you need to have a decent level of fitness to attend the class but it is suitable for everyone else to try.
Location : just opposite to the Studio , Church Hall so you can park at the studio.
Class is an event , £15 / non refundable or transferable! 
Please not that the max participants are 10 ! 
Arrive on time , and have a mat, towel and water with you .
You will have few extra minutes after for more relaxation and head massage.
