What to expect:
✔️ 75 min of Energetic Yoga aiming to sweat to Detox your body . This class is Rocket Yoga Ashtanga based 
✔️15 min of deep relaxation and meditation at the end of the session 
✔️1 hour bathhouse after with healthy natural juices .

🌟 Full retreat is £60 pp , non refundable because of limited space .
