You are warmly invited to join me for a rejuvenating half-day retreat designed to restore balance, energy, and inner calm.

Our morning together will include:
✨ 90 minutes of uplifting energetic flow
✨ 15 minutes of deep relaxation and stillness
✨ Freshly prepared natural healing juices & and organic Chocolate taste 
✨ One hour of sauna and cold-water immersion

We will begin at 09:30 AM and conclude around 12:30 PM, leaving you refreshed and renewed for the rest of your day.
