In a Creative Vinyasa class, poses are connected in a smooth flow, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Sequences may include familiar yoga postures presented in fresh and imaginative ways, encouraging students to stay present, curious, and engaged throughout the practice.
