Half Day YOGA RETREAT, on the 8th of March at 9 am ☀️
Includes:
🌸 From 9 am Energetic Yoga Flow followed by Yin relaxation at the end ( please arrive at 8:45)
🌸 Natural Juices
🌸 Access between 11am to 12pm or 1pm to 2 pm to use facilities
If you like to order for extra cost food after , I will sent you the menu closer to the time
Price is £45 non refundable , limited spaces so please book in advance.
