DESCRIPTION: In honor of International Yoga Day, join us for a devotional practice of 108 Sun Salutations. This moving meditation invites each yogi to complete the practice at their own pace, counting their own rounds and honoring their body's unique needs.

All rounds may be modified, and a fully seated variation will be offered, making this practice accessible to a wide range of abilities and experience levels.

Each participant will receive japa mala beads to help keep count, transferring one bead at a time from one bowl to another throughout the practice. At the end of the event, you'll take your beads home and create your own traditional mala—a meaningful keepsake to commemorate your dedication, perseverance, and practice.
