Join us for a heartwarming yoga session designed for you and your child to move, breathe, and relax together. Whether you're bringing your son, daughter, niece, nephew, or grandchild, this is a beautiful way to share a mindful moment.  

We'll explore gentle breathwork, create fun shapes like Tree, Downdog, and Pigeon, and wind down with a soothing meditation to leave you both feeling calm and connected.  

✨ **1 ticket = 1 adult + 1 child (ages 7–16) + a little treat for your wee one!** ✨  

This isn’t a traditional "kids' yoga" class, but rather a light, joyful, and peaceful practice where you and your little yogi can enjoy movement and stillness together. If your child feels comfortable and happy in a yoga setting, this will be a lovely experience to share. 💛
