The most important thing about a hot class is staying in the room and adjusting to the heat even if you need to take child’s pose or savasana to regulate your breathing 💗

Please wear comfortable clothing and a small towel. It will be sweaty :) Try to ensure you hydrate before and after class and bring water to class.
