Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. We go to the level of the subconscious where all our unprocessed impressions are stored to become aware of them and to release them. The result is more relaxation, pleasure in life, clarity and stress relief. The class will be supported by soothing yin poses.
